which one is a better buy lumia 720 or galaxy s2/ s2plus. both are available at same price point, plus what is the biggest size of pdf files that lumia 720 can open,coz i have a lot of ebooks > 200 mb which i need to read on the go, kindly reply

according to gsmarena new .nokia have not said any thing on the price of 720 in india.it's these online shopping sites that have set a price.so I think you should wait for buying before nokia giving any confermation on the price.

nokia should change their way of doing things, they should announce their new phones when they have completed everything so that the phones can be available within a week or two.
earlier I was waiting for lumia 620 eagerly until 720 came and made me change my mind, now it feels as if I have waited for this phone for a year.....nokia don't announce another phone until I buy this phone....I am tired of this waiting game from nokia

1- l720 is slim than l520
2- no compass in l520 so u cant use some apps like citylense, drive etc.
3- no frnt camera so u cant do video chat on any app or any site.
4- also some people says l520 has heating prblm.
5- l520 hv 1450mah batry n l720 hv 2000mah.(btry cpacity is imp coz these are smartphones)
6- l720 has clear black display and gorila glass 2
which doesnt in l520.
7- in camera feature l720 beats l920 in some features..

let_it_rAin, 14 Apr 2013This phone looks rubbish, has shit features and isn't worth... moreDo you know the price of sony's xperia z,samsung's note 2 or apple's iphone 5,comparision starts by comparing the prices of similar devices,anyways l720 has beaten the camera performance of iphone 5 and note 2,check youtube,still it cant be compared with note 2 and xperia z since they have a quad core processor,and hence priced high,and our tiny is a mid range phone.

asim, 14 Apr 2013@apprentice,@wplvr hi there please tell me which phone to ... moreAsim if budget is not a problem go for lumia 720,you wont regret that decision,nokia is trying to establish its market again,this is the only reason it is offering such high specifications in a mid range phone,would you get such specifications in a sony or samsung phone ranging 17k,definitely not,they are just there to fill their pockets,least bothered about their customers,lumia 520 is a no match against lumia 720,just comare the specifications of both on gsmarena slowly and you will know lumia 720 is the best.

Easy, those android g... moreI agree with apprentice,definitely lumia 720 is far better than galaxy grand(specifications),iphone 5 and htc one(camera) and all xperia phones,an unstable operating system cant b compared with windows 8,it is far beyond those androids and definitely less ram is needed to operate wp wen compared with android,those people complaining about less apps in wp,let me tell u that the apps which we get in wp is strictly prepared by microsoft people since it is a closed source whereas android is an open market,anyone can upload any stuff so chances are there to download the phone with malware,hence android is highly unstable and phone starts hanging and goes slow after 1 year whereas windows provide genuine apps and smooth experience,I have many frens using wp and all are highly satisfied,they helped me to choose lumia 720.....
