ferdous, 31 Mar 2014after update my phone the charge of my phone drainage quick... moredo soft reset and wait till battery is totally dead, then charge again without using device till battery reaches 100%.

yes u can install but not this time until wp8.1 update is rolled to general cosumers.

Hi,
My Nokia LUMIA720 is having a problem, I guess there is a problem with the Screen if im not mistaken.I cant open the phone, so I tried using other phone to contact me and yet it rings but the phone is not ringing.Please I need your help to fix my phone now.

Has anyone faced the problem whereby the Lumia 720 camera won't start, if you start it only black screen appears and then the camera exits itself shortly. Soft reset seems to solves the problem temporarily...the phone has behaved this way while it's on charger
