There are some merits about this device, they are good design, posh look, better display and quite good battery life. Leaving these points behind, comparing with the amount we are paying for this device, it obviously frustrates us with its 8 gb internal memory, out of which only 4 gb will be available for downloading games and applications.
and the main faulty and disgusting fact i observed is, this piece freezes quite often. It started just 2 days after i brought this phone.
am not at all satisfied with this device, i found spending the amount for this device has been a absolute waste of money.
you can look for better competetive devices from market.

Recently i updated my phone from amber to black via wifi
Then i noticed that the sound level i mean loudness in music from speaker and headset has reduced dramatically when compared to when it was during amber and even when i increase the volume to 30/30 it sounds low ...
then i had doubt and tried many settings changes and nothing helped out
so i planned to take my device to nokia care
They told that its a change in audio level made in black update and we got many reports for the same problem of reduced loudness in sound from speaker and headset after black update and hope it will be corrected in the next update soon by either nokia or by microsoft software releases ...
pls do reply if you notice in your device ,, this volume loudness decrease after black update when compared to early amber .....

Not having more basic options, Internet Explorer is too worst, we cant down load videos, We cant upload any office files, We cant attach office file to a replay mail. required PC for more options. worst phone. Expense waste

subway surfers available for nokia lumia 720 in store .. and after i install and play ,, when i click the fb icon to share compete score with fb friends its not connecting ... coming back to game menu .... why ??

i have brought lumia 720 mobile just 4 days back i am facing an problem like when i speak in phone for more than 3 to 5 mins it's getting heat badly and my ears are paining a lot please can u people help me out.
