Once you have created a microsoft account, you can sign in to a any windows 8 pc or a any windows 8 phone and it will show up all your contacts. Go to outlook.com and sign in and you'll see your contacts as well, your messages are also backed up, even if you reset your phone, once you sign in with your microsoft account then it will show all your contacts and messages.

We do have a windows phone application for pc, but there is no use of it. It too does'nt have any options for contacts backup.Hope we will get some options for the same in the latest update.

This Nokia Lumia 720 was lovely, even the RAM is only 512MB it runs very fast even many apps open at the same time. the 1.3MP front camera is fantastic!

what happen to nokia ???
in this competitive market all other brands come with 1gb RAM
with ANDROID OS
I really want to by nokia's windows phone
but not with 512mb ram

I bought Nokia Lumia 720 5 months ago. I'd dare to say it was a good investment. The software runs flawlessly with highly responsive UI. The con is as usual, the battery life which is common to all smart phones. Turning Location services off would extend the battery life to an average of 15-18 hrs/day. Recharging time is about 3 hrs.
If you are asking for an advice to purchase it, then go for it.

L720 user, 04 Mar 2014You can try soft reset by pressing both volume down and pow... moreThank u.. but soft reset only works for sound bug.. But I still have location issue.. I tried hard reset before, but location issue is still there :'(

its an better phone bcoz when i bought my windows phone its was like awesome my father ........ why the hell did u by this phone .......after few days he was like which is the best phone in windows
