I've been using my Nokia Lumia 720 for 9 months now and I never had any issues with it. The OS is actually more stable than I thought, the UI is so fluid and minimalistic. This 'underrated' windows phone from Nokia is one of the most reliable midrange smart phones ever.
I already updated to Black a month ago and excited for the 8.1 :)

Its a great phone, and windows phone specially for educated and sensible peoples.
Great reception and battery timing great as never seen any other touch phone/smart phone

Though the phone boasts of great features, i am a dissatisfied customer.
The issues being :
a. The phone heats up while talking.
b. Battery drains of real fast
Service center guys say this is a common feature in this phone . I hope nokia people are listening ??

So far using the L720 is a blast! This phone is very snappy and responsive. I'm not really a gamer but this phone should do with the basic tasks (call,sms,msg apps)battery life is awesome too! must have for those who want to try a windows phone :D

Which, by the way, is a much better OS at its core than Android, made by people who actually know how to write efficient code and design low latency audio and video infrastructures. In the end, it's always the better quality and better maintained OS that wins, and that's why Microsoft's OS will win in yet another market, slowly but surely.

In my phone, I have very low free memory. It shows 2.1 Gb for 'media and files' and 2.2 Gb for 'others' how can I clear or reduce this memory ?

In My Lumia 720 the bottom screen is not using properly it using after the long press,, i done the soft reset and also the hard reset,,, and i also remove the scratch guard,,but i still have the same problem,,pls help me

Guys how can i take the backup of messages and contacts before flashing the phone . Its not watsapp but normal messages. There is a cloud backup given by nokia and dat option is turned ON and once phone is flashed how do i retrieve the messages from the cloud backup..

Would i buy l720 or wait l725?
L720 is a nice 4n bt it has only 512mb ram so some apps n games could not run it.

it is a excellent phone ,it has excellent camera and a outstanding display and very lite compare to other lumia phone and easy to handle and is a very good looking phone too .
