I had this phonme for a year now. Its behavior was so good. Camera is very good, music and radio performs great (with good quality heasets), there are plenty of apps to download, performance in general is just fine to me. Upgraded the OS several times (now on Denim) without any issue. I would recommend having always plenty of phone memory available for good response. I have a SD og 8 Gb where I have most of the stuff (videos, photos, main appls, music) Any new item will go there, leaving the phone memory mainly for OS.
Very good phone and OS... I like W8.1. I come from Symbian (Nokia E5) and instead of Android I'm a W8.1 man now...

Having worst experience of Lumia 720. Its too much slow , & I used only 2Gb Internal memory , 6Gb memory is where I don't know. when I download any apps from store there is a message No free space. Its a Dull phone ever

i have had this awful phone for several months and hate it,it at the moment is frozen on a page i was looking at and been like that for two hours,waiting for battery to run out,before that it keeps hanging and freezing me out.will never get a nokia again bloody crap

i had this phone from last 2.3yrs, the phone wen i was looking for a phone so i was hell confused between samsung galaxy grand and this phone, i went to chroma and understand the features, after i done with all the comparison i went for nokia lumia bcz i don't like android phone because i dont want to by a gaming phone, i loved the phone camera quality, no one is coming in tech industry with 6.7mp camera, even the camera work amazingly in low dim lights too, my phone had fell on the floor for aevral time but still nothing happen to the screen, but still there are some cons also like battery support is not gud, ram should be 1 gb, had a problem in music player earlier....etc etc, bt still i wil give a rating of 8/10, the phone is discontinue now from the company but still you can buy it from some online site.

The worst mobile phone ever I came cross. I will never recommend Nokia phones to anybody. Since I purchased it, several times it got hanged. Also service is worst with monopoly. No spares are available.

Had this phone for 2 years. Constant crashing and freezing, IE crashed several times a day. Youtube videos would only play a few hours after restarting. Hardware issues within a month. OS lacked very basic features at first, updates improved the situation over time. Also had update issues where the update process got stuck with the only solution being waiting for the battery to run out. Constant SIM errors after the latest update.
At least the camera wasn't bad. Except when the app froze.

At last after 2 years of suffering I exchanged this set. Every thing was gud in this set. Except it's RAM which was quite troublesome as far as running of applications are concerned. Gr8 camera & picture quality. Overall it was a good phone.

Updated my lumia 720 to lumiadenim last night..but since then phone is dead. Unable to switch on. Even charging does not work. Need help. Any one gone through the same problem.? Share it opinions. Thanks
