wifi connectivity in the phone automatically gets cutoff when we starts using the phone.after updating the software and apps sd card is not visible in the store where we can find it...

Wp8 lvr, please help me, i'm from India, whenever I tried to update my Lumia 720 to black it shows "the update could't be downloaded error 801882d2" what is the reason for this error and how can be solved? I used my Lumia 520 as wifi hotspot.

iam using nokia lumia 720,only 2 months i bought this phone,i took one account on hotmail,but my password i forgot,then i applied for new password,then also it was not working,then i took another one,but they are asking same account and i cant use facebook properly,who is active on chat that iam not getting,i getting difficult to download because of this,now iam fed up of this,give your valuable solutions
