what happened to my lumia 720?!!! all off a suddenn it frozed on the UNLOCK SCREEN nd after that total black out and shut down of my lumia 720, the baterry was then around 70%, never used it alot on that day only a few minutes of calling and downloading a 34MB app, then i seemed that i was battery empty.. so i waited until i get home and charged my phone and upto now it doesn't even switch ON.. when my friend tried to ring my mobile no., it was ringing but the phone doesn't show any sign that i was ringing or vibrating.. total shutdown or black out.. what should i do... PLSSS HELP....
