ken, 09 Feb 2017pls remove ur sd card ad try d download again ...it gonna workThanks I downloaded langauges and keyboard successfully. Only the issue remaining is microphone issue only on call. Microphone works when i do loud speaker. And Voice recorder also works well. Microphone doesn't work in call even with earphone. Is the problem of hardware or softeare. If i speak loudly near the microphone then there is a very low sound. Please help if anybody had similar issue.

My phone's microphone isn't working only on calls. So i tried soft reset problem still exist. And also the new problem is added. I couldnot download keyboard speeches and laguages. When downloading keyboard it just say 'attention required' and after i click it 'preparing download' and again 'attention required'. And on speeches it says error downlaoding i click on retry and again i get "error downlaoding". Please help me if anyone has run with similar issue.

Anonymous, 29 Jan 2017How did you go back to win 8I used Windows Device Recovery Tool to rollback to Win 8.1 (Update 1), then I followed a tutorial from youtube(as there is no official update) to manually install Win 8.1 GDR2 update :) as it has some good features.

Was using Win 10 till now. Had GPS issues..minor performance issues. Decided to Rollback to Win 8. Now it feels so smooth and feels good. GPS issue is fixed :)

1.WP8.1 is a complete OS is't and upgrade from 8 not a complete new OS like 10 so it will take time and the main reason for that is Microsoft is not giving much time to it which they should.
2.WP8.1 was build lower hardware 4-8 GB Internal Memory 512 MB RAM was enough for that but W10M is not so it's natural but it can improve if Microsoft gives it's much needed time.
That's why W10 is smooth compared W10M
