If not fixed then open your outlook mail on web via Internet Explorer and then refresh your account there(delete unwanted mails, set flag on important mail etc etc)
If this will not work then just restart your phone and sync in early morning! It will defiantly work!

i charged the phone 14 hours ago now its showing 14hours backup left. If i start using it now then it wont give me 5 hours also. What should i do? is there any problem in my handset?

Lumia 730 is even my first Windows phone but it took max few hours for me to get familiar with the new OS. & about the people who comment about the difficulty, are the ones who never have used windows, because if they used this, they would never have commented like that. So, don't worry at all & go for it. You will really enjoy the whole new, refreshing & lag free experience.

Lumia730 is the best mobile phone.Samsung is boaring but Lumia is best.Lumua phones funsion is difficult but when you want to know how to use this phone then you can use easily.Best of Luck for all
