Still using this phone in 2019 and I'm not going to change it. Very strong battery, good call sound and reception, excellent camera for pics and video - only downside the videos are shaky because no optical stabilization. This is a very easy to use phone, I don't spend time with apps, just use it as a basic phone, all the buttons I need are on the main display easy and ready to reach, easy breezy. This is a no-nonsense phone with a great camera and battery for people who only need to make calls. By the way, no need to upgrade to Windows 10, it's just a more fancy interface but the same functions, Windows 8 is perfectly fine, really no need to upgrade.

Microsoft has really let us all down. Win10 is completely and utterly useless, almost all apps are not functioning properly, the ones that you have. You don't have plenty.

Updating to Windows 10 is a mistake. Stay with 8.1 People should appreciate what they have, not to keep looking for more. This is a very solid Lumia phone, has some limitations, but it is durable, good camera, good sound, good screen, good battery and call quality, slim.

I have this device but its on 8.1 version.....and as there is no support for 8.1 ...i dont know how to update to windows 10....as every time i check for update ...i get there is no update available....so plz help.

And there will be no more development. Only bug fixes and security updates. One by one apps are being removed. Soon we can only use the phone only for basic tasks such as call,cam,music etc

I buy 730 and 640 mobile this month last stock. Acutely great two devices.windows 8.1 best ui in the world.because it's deferent.but we don't why Microsoft not developed 8.1 system.its battery back-up better.nice ui.windows 10 copy android ios same.i used lot of smartphone.android ios windows phone. My personal mind Lumia 730 best budget phone.it's smoothly.nice display.size 4.7inch best.stero sounds.so plz development apps 8.1mobile stores
