If you want to choose between those two, no doubt you can better invest in a newer Phone, therefore the Lumia 730 is undoubtly the better choice.
Is has more features as well compared to the 4S, plus the fact that this phone is more future proof.

Guys don't think much about this mobile 📱.. You can close your eyes 👀 and then buy it . Excellent mobile 📱 with good features. Display is awesome compared to 25k mobiles in android. Workings very speed without any lagging. Don't think camera 📷 has a 6.7 mp it is more than enough b'coz it has a carl zeiss lenses.I had used nexus 5 before this mobile 📱 but comparing to that mobile 📱 this mobile is awesome..and it cost 15k only go for this I feel it will satisfy you in all conditions..

Battery obvious downside, codes #,*, not working, have to change sim everyday.deleting contacts not possible directly, hav to miss call then delete name,then number separately.copy paste option very tedious, some time its does not color the word you want, have to press hardest or jerk to activate. Its a software made by a laptop in mind. Down with it.

Friends dont buy nokia 730 buy Microsoft lumia 640 dual instead becz u will get every thing u want in 640.. camer on 640 is 8mp and battery is 2500mah.5 inch bigger display.cmg to 730 it has 6.7 mp camera 2220 battery.and only 4.7 inc display.... price of the device is also very high 15000 .. and Microsoft lumai 640 will priced 10 k to 11 k..
