Phone is very good but the Windows OS sucks limited apps less customizable. It's my 1st windows phone and I am really unhappy with the OS. Such a great phone must have Android instead of windows.

not 100% sure though...
if this news is true then my guess is we can expect 730 accessories after rebrand...
I am not sure... take this news as pinch of salt...

AnonD-316654, 18 Nov 2014Its not necessary but still for the safety put screen guard... morelet me be honest you guys should be aware that when you bought this phone there is an oleophobic coating on the phone which reduces the finger print and dust on the screen, gradually the coating may go may be after a year of using the phone, so my request to all of you is that please put the screen guard only after a year of using the phone, otherwise by putting the screen guard now the oleophobic coating goes then and there. i hope you guys understand what i meant by this.

i am using Nokia Lumia 730 from 1 months.
The main disadvantage is it does not support call recorder which essential in phone.
another is we can't see property of any picture
and we can't see call duration of any call

I g... moremy friend please try to understand that if there is an official flip cover it always has to come in a Microsoft box or cover and never it has happened that they nokia or microsoft have released any cover without their brand named box. so next time beware. nokia store guy has cheated you. just go to him and ask him about this, you should not leave these guys, they act too smart but actually have no real information.

I am using Nokia Lumia 730 for the last one month and find the battery life quite satisfactory.
I shall give a brief description of my last battery charge cycle. 16-11-2014 : 9 PM the battery was 10% and battery saver mode was ON. I have put the phone on charge. Battery Charged to 100% by 1120 PM. Removed the phone from charge. No background apps were running. Went to sleep. 17-11-2014 : 8 AM battery charge was 95 %. During night received 2 SMS. Started for office and reached office by 9.30 switched on WIFI. Received 8-9 calls of (average 3 minutes duration). Received 10-12 messages. Played subway surfer for 20 minutes. Browsed the net for around 30 minutes. by evening 1800 Hrs Battery was 67%. switched off wifi. Between 1800 Hrs to 2230 Hrs received / made 5 calls and played subway surfer for around 35 minutes and battery was 49%. Went to sleep. Today 18-11-2014 monring 8.30 pm... the battery is 40%.
BY the way I am using only a single 3 G sim of BSNL. SO WITH NORMAL USAGE (NEITHER LIGHT NOR HEAVY) OF AROUND 36 HRS. THE BATTERY USAGE IS AROUND 60%. SO IT THE PHONE WILL SURELY LAST FOR 48 HOURS FROM ONE CHARGE TO ANOTHER CHARGE
