You will get an arrow at the right corner to expand. expand it
at left bottom of that expanded tray you have an option for vibrate on or vibrate of(tap on it to change)
make it vibrate on and reduce the complete volume....you get only vibration mode

I faced this issue too with Tata Docomo.
Make sure the Network Selection is Automatic for the sim you use for Data. (3G and 2G work on different spectrum, so a different network in fact)
Even if you do this, sometime you get the icons like 3G, H, H+ but no internet connectivity. It sometimes takes time to recognise the signal. Am not sure if this is a bug but I've faced this issue. Try connecting to your lap using 3G and see if you're able to connect to the internet.
2G is quite sufficient unless you want to do some data intensive tasks.

OMG....... There are so many issues & negative points here saying users, only wp8 is saying good about lumia 730. I was thinking about l730 but now what I do?

go to settings

1- just press any volume key then volume settings bar appears on top of screen.
2- now press on down arrow icon on this bar then full settings come out.
3- in full settings bar at bottom left corner there is option to set vibration on/off..
turn it on and reduce ringer+notification volume to zero.
done... very simple

AnonD-321274, 29 Oct 2014Hey guys, Can u all plz confirm that all of u are getting ... moreyeah its mirror when selfie app is used but in normal msft camera or nokia camera its not mirrored. anyways u can either use nokia camera or msft camera or if u wanna use selfie app then flip the pic by using many apps that r available in store. Fantasia painter s one of d best photo editing apps with flipping tool too

[deleted post]dear BSNL already has low internet speed... also bsnl not give internet settings directly. you need to contact bsnl customer care they they verify you are a genuine user of bsnl n then they provide you proper Internet settings.
just note down these settings on any paper n then create settings manually on your phone.

Its not phone fault. contact your service provider and get the job done. You have to manually set the ARP settings in the phone for your 3g. So contact soon. Good luck.

I bought this Nokia 730 phone on oct6th, 2014
Internet expolorer not working when 3G BSNL internet is used. Battery is draining quickly. Microsoft guys should intervene and sort out this issue. Please issue update software for rectifying this defect. For battery draining please suggest some alternate remedy. Please suggest alternate browser for quick browsing.

Hello people, i bought this phone 2 days back from nokia stores. Every thing seems fine so far except the Uneven gap between the camera lense & its cut out in backpanel.
If anybody else has noticed the same?
If my phone has fit-finish defect?
And can i replace it?

hi,I am using lumia 730 for few days,
I have one issue,I am not able to connect to internet when 3g data is turned on.
When on 2g mode,everything is working fine,but when i switch to 3g,the browsing stops,but it shows that it is connected and keeps swithcing between 3g,H,H+.It will then disconnect and then connect again,but not able to browse.
Please help me what should i do.
I am using BSNL,in my other phone 3g is working perfectly without any issue,and no random disconnection.
One more query,if data connection keeps connecting and disconnecting or is always connected.
Please help me....
