Microsoft release windows 10 to carriers so now after testing it will release to phones via OTA or you can download using windows recovery tool from PC.
You can now download the upgrade advisor from windows store..if you can't find the app just go to verge website they provided the link.

Finally windows10 official update in India. just go to stor and download 'upgrade advisor'. Then open it and flow the instructions.

I am from Salem,Tamil Nadu. My Lumia 730 get windows 10 update yesterday 10pm. It is so cool. Enjoy windows 10. Microsoft always rocks.

I too heard that Microsoft officially announced w10m. They advised to download upgrade advisor to get w10. But I'm unable to find it on the store
