Hi Friends...few days before my Lumia 730 not detecting the network....sometimes it will detect I went to service centre they told need to replace simtray but 50-50 chances I told ok...after 10 days they handed over to me with dead phone....they told motherboard problem..
Can we change the motherboard are any solution for that .

Updated fine for me after a reset
But I rolled back to Win 8.1. Its a lot better and smoother. Felt bored with the Win 10 performance. Too slow

uclid, 23 Nov 2017I have tried to download the available update 10.0.14393.18... moreFirst use the Windows Device Recovery Tool to restore the phone to WP8.1. Then use OTC Updater to update successively to Windows 10 versions 10586.107 > 14393.1066 > 14393.1884. Back up your data and settings before you start. Once your phone reaches 14393.1884, do a hard reset and restore from backup.

I also have the same issue about the camera.
When i try to open it, but it's just showed black screen with the camera button on the screen. I can't use my camera since this morning.
Yesterday was normal. Please anyone have some advice?
Is it possible to get normal (again) if i set to the factory reset?

Hi azeem have you tried to re flash the stock rom or do a downgrade of windows 8.1 by using Windows Phone Recovery Tool...and check it out

I have tried to download the available update 10.0.14393.1884, but since 10 days always showing error 0X8018830f. As per advise from support windows have reset the phone and reset the time and region manually. But the error 0X8018830f remained the same. Please advise me to resolve the error and download the update.

For Basic use this best ever hand set .with great battery ,display,durable .easy to use. still using from 1 year. Performance is good on windows 8.1 and on windows 10 very bad

ajay, 24 Aug 2017I m using nokia lumia 730 from 2 years and i updated it to ... moreI have upgraded to Win 10 more than a year ago and the phone has been working fine, just as it was before the upgrade. Whatsapp issues could be cuz the version supported by 8.1 could be very old and you might be expected to upgrade to a newer version that Win10 supports, so the upgrade (to win10) has to happen first. If the internal memory is more than 1gb I do not find any lag even after the update. Make sure u have enough space for a clean upgrade or as suggested earlier, reset to factory setting and then try the upgrade to Win10. It should resolve the issues.

I m using nokia lumia 730 from 2 years and i updated it to win 10 15063.138 after updating these and before also my whatsapp and games like asphalt 8 is not opening it is only showing that loading pls if any one can help me to sort out these prblm than pls help me

Guys anyone having problem with shortage of internal memory go through the following steps; first back up your apps settings and lay outs, eject the memory card. Then reset the phone from about in the settings menu. You will be asked to sign in again. Dont sign in, go to phone updates and update your phone first if any available. Then reset the phone again and sign in. Download your back up and update the pre installed apps. It will free your internal memory. I had less than a gb but after performing reset i am having 2.5 gb free space on internal memory. The phone is not lagging now, no heating issue, fresh as new. Warning! Your apps and games on memory card will not be recognized by the phone anymore after reset. You need to remove and download those all over again. Reset will not delete your os and firmware updates. Its will stay on your current version of os you have.
