Updated to 10586.164 works fine .
Hey we tired in updating at each small cumulative updates.
[ To MS,
HO(insider Build Team)
kindly manage to get us high jump "Whatever Next Build" consist flawless working for day to day use.
here we not use to watch WP 10 endless story else we get to go out. ]

If app not opening at all then need to replace camera..
If app not opening sometimes then not to worry much.its just need a minor fix.
If phone restarting so many times even after phone is updated and even after hard reset then take it care centre..they will install the new updated RTM OS

Friend i am in windows insider build 164. Now i did hard reset so how further update deliever. Or i hape to do new register ?

Friends Presently I am facing 2 Problems in My NL730.(only 1year old piece, and out of warranty)
1)Rear camera is not working properly. It is not taking auto focus.
2)It restarts automatically 4-5times per day
Conclusion:I already did Hard Reset(Settings>About>Reset your phone).
So please tell me friends what should I do now.
