no, there is no problem in the phone for dwonloading any app, it is the network problem maybe.

AnonD-100814, 18 Oct 2014dude try to replace your device... I never read any such ki... moreeven my phone starts getting heated within 5 min usage of whatsapp. also while playing subway surfer. But when i'm under Air conditioned room it doesn't get heated but ya..a little warm. also my rear camera isn't able to take great shots as lumia 730 is expected, images are grainy most of the times. also my phone got hanged many times, had to switch off and on also gets off abruptly while using whats app.

android L, 21 Oct 2014sorry i dont agree,go through this forum and on wpcental lo... moreThis device has no problem, best Lumia phone upto date considering value for money, the issues here discussing addresses here minor software bug and it is common with every windows phone, not like you think, you may be android fan as your username suggest "android l"

new WhatsApp update with support for wp8.1 is coming very soon in coming weeks...
more features are coming like set custom background for every chat/contact, adding caption to each video or pic, n much more.
current version is still not compatible with wp8.1

Whatsapp was the first application I installed and the only Application that's used all the time.
But need to run this test. Will do it sometime soon. But I believe Whatsapp needs to be made more energy efficient.
