VLC team is still working on VLC player app for wp8.1...
till then use below three apps to play your any format videos n movies.
1- moliplayer

I've bought a lumia 730. I'm able to see a small scratch like thing on the camera glass. is it normal to have a small scratches?it is seen only if observed very closely . i'm a bit worried.

here it is not CDMA.. its WCDMA.
WCDMA= 3G enable
GSM = 2G enable
so don't misunderstood here.. its not cdma.
wcdma is type of 3G internet.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue ?

I found some problem.
When i t... moretry soft reset...
just press volume down+ power key same time for 10-15 secs. ur phone restarts.
it never delete anything. only resets all your settings.
