Sadly,
Lumia 730 can not not be used as a reliable GPS navigation device.
Furthermore, if you are driving - it can be really dangerous to use it : (my experience with Lumia730 and Here Drive+ without data connection, without WiFi)
1. you are moving but movement its not showing - you are missing turns
2. you are moving but movement is presented on street you are not on - sometimes it misses your actual position by 1+ km, which is surreal - not only that you are missing turns - you are lost
3. you are moving but there is no route recalculation if you decide not to follow suggested route
All hardware tests have been passed and there was "no hardware problem detected".
4. not a GPS issue but Here Drive+ STILL can not differentiate routes depending on whether street number is on one side of the street or across it - it assumes that taking U-turn is never a problem!!!
My old stock HTC HD2 NEVER MISSED A BEAT regarding GPS, accuracy and even indoor performance was incrredible. I could always rely on it 100%.
This is what you get with cheap hardware solutions.
The idea that Win10 will solve these problems is just cynical.
Furthermore, after investigation tons of comments on WEB I came up with conclusion what there is no Lumia that doesn't suffer from this kind of problems.
I have been using Windows smartphones since WM2003.
My trust was rewarded by a delibarately engineered LEMON.

Micros... moreWell that's because windows 10 is very different andquite more developed than windows 8.1 and android marshmallow isn't a very different os from lollipop so it requires less time to release the update unlike windows 10 mobile which is almost like a new OS.

If you are an Android user...plzzz don't buy Lumia. Am sure you are not satisfied.I bought this mobile only two months ago....now iam trying to exchange with Android. Camera also not good because of the color combinations. Yellowish.Then next is windows store...sucks,no more developments.

What a shame to Microsoft. Google rollout Marshallow to Moto E... But here MS still struggling... Moto e comes with kitat and updated to lolipop and now get marshallow.. But Microsoft struggling to give a single update to 8.1 users..

I want to reset my phone and sd card also. It shows that data in memory card will be deleted including music and videos. I once resetted my phone may be 8 months back. Only app data is erased in my sd card. is there any way to hard reset my phone and sd card without erasing my data?

This phone really sucks.... You will lose your photos as those will get corrupt and even cannot retrieve it.. Also it cannot play videos (some) when sent on whatsapp.. Really sad Nokia lost its brand value....
Will not refer anybody to buy nokia phones.....

Anonymous, 12 Feb 2016Hey 10586.107 is minor bug fixing build with only three fix... moreThe one irritating thing in all preview builds is the inability to change font size in the MSN News app. I use it a lot but the font is too big for my taste. The only way to reduce font size is thru display settings which makes text in the Edge browser unreadable.

Guys.. How can we download and install apps from pc for my Lumia 730. Some of the stops cannot be downloaded using mobile data..
