          AnonD-226217, 07 Sep 2014in reply to wp8 lover , annu sun and all those who want it ... moreJust wanted to correct you & add some points
          * Mi3 does not have Sony exmor lens, Nokia has backlit sensor for low light, carlzeiss.
          * Front cam in lumia is 1080p(full HD) 5MP and not 720p, mi3 is 2mp 1080p
          * You can not connect a USB drive unless rooted your android. ADV and Dis adv of rooting at the end. which will void your warranty.
          *mi3 is heavier than L730.145g vs 130g.
          *Battery backup of Mi3 is 500h, Lumia is 600h. because a Windows Phone is on a different level energy consumption wise & smoothness wise too..

          In the end it is only present in china and there is no service in any other country, not widespread atleast. so where will you to claim the warranty or return the faulty phone shipped with online order??
          ------------------------------------------------
          There are two main disadvantages to rooting and Android phone(no such thing as rooting in windows);

          Rooting immediately voids your phone's warranty-Once rooted, don't try to bring your phone back for service or warranty work. You are on your own!
          Rooting involves the risk of "bricking" your phone-In essence, a "bricked" phone is no better than carrying around a brick in your pocket. The phone is dead when it has been "bricked."

          Other potential disadvantages, though less severe, are still worthy of consideration;

          Poor performance-Though the intention of "rooting" a phone is to give the phone more performance, several users have found that, in their attempts to speed up the phone or add additional features, that their phones lost both performance speed and features. Remember that when you "root" your Android phone, you are making changes to the stock operating system.
          Viruses-Yes, even phones can get viruses. A common practice that people do with "rooted" phones is to flash their ROM's with custom programs. Whenever you make changes to the code of a software, you run the risk of introducing a virus.

          Advantages

          "Rooting" your Android phone does afford you numerous benefits, including;

          Running special applications-Superuser is an app that can only be run on a rooted Android phone. This allows you to control which apps have access to the "root" system. Another popular application that "rooting" affords is the ability to tether a computer to your Android phone so that the computer can access the Internet using the phone's data connection. Another program can allow your Android to be used as a WiFi Hotspot without having to pay your provider for the feature.
          Freeing up memory-When you install an app on your phone, it is stored on the phone's memory. "Rooting" allows you to move installed applications to your SD card, thus freeing up system memory for additional files or apps.
          Custom ROM's-This is the most powerful feature of "rooted" phones. There are hundreds of custom ROM's that can do anything from speeding up the processing speed of your phone to changing the entire look and feel of your phone.

              AnonD-316641, 07 Oct 2014Akki..Thanks man..was just making sure...buying L730 tomorrow!yes dude.. 730 worth every penny you spend on it.. best device after long time..

              android is junk... why???

              simple n common reason...
              every new android phone runs like a bullet train for first one or two months.. but after that it will start to show you its real face.. random lags, hangs n worse performance.
              its not fault of any hardware maker.. its fault of android os.. because android is very heavy os.. n just read an article claiming 98.5% mobile malwares attacks on android os which makes it worlds biggest unsecure thing..

              on other hand wp works like charm. buttery smooth os.. never hangs.. ask any 520, 620, 720, 920, 820 users.. which all are almost or more than two years old devices.. n still ther devices running like superfast..
              n wp os is best secure os in world now...

              730 has oled hd screen with 316ppi.. more ppi makes screen crisp n clear. this is a best screen..
              also wp os is 30+% more power efficient than any android device.. means wp installed phone battery works 30% more than same battery on android installed phone.

                    AnonD-316641, 07 Oct 2014is HTC desire 616 better than L730?brother 730 is way too better thn htc 616, it has better main camera (fully manual set up options like dslr cameras), better front camera, better battery life, better HD screen with more ppi, more ppi means more crisp screen, better color reproduction, better contrast with amoled screen and clear black technology, better audio clarity, better touch response (super sensitive touch), better performance in 1gb ram (android is poor vs windows in 1gb), better maps (offline available) and a lot more. i hope this answers your queries :)

                                Anonymous, 07 Oct 2014wht is cortana? pls explain frndz.Cortana is a digital assistant for windows phone just like apple phones have siri. It can do whatever u ask it to do. Means for searching a particular thing, opening any app, setting reminders, alarms etc. It works just like a personal secretary. It does whatever u tel it. For more details, see the videos on youtube.
