for your kind information native video calling from carriers not free... even not make video calling if u have 3G data plan..
you need to pay separately to enable/make video calls..
means nothing is free for native video calling... u need to pay extra for video calls in india..
in wp8.1 microsoft added skype video calling option in dialpad...

skype is very famous worldwide basically in america n europe..
microsoft bought skype but still skype is standalone company. means skype is native service of ms.. every company needs money to grow..
so skype charges to their consumers to use ther service.
ms declared that 730/35 n 830 users get 3 months free sky subscription for video calling worldwide.
yes skype is cross-platform service so u can skype everyone who has skype on its device.. n skype is available on all platforms.
if you want to free video call then use Wechat or any other app which offers free video call services.

730 is dual sim dual 3G phone but lacks 4G and wireless charging..
735 is single sim 3G/4G enabled device n has wireless charging capability.
pricewise 735 is little bit expensive than 730...
all other features are same here...
now choose yourself as your priority. if ur area has 4G service n you can prefer 4G data plans then go for 735..
otherwise 730 is here as well..

This phone is superb compared to 720 it has 1GB ram ; os is 8.1 ; dual sim moreover its secondary cam is 5mp.Thanks for Microsoft for improving its secondary com and that too to 5 mp..........its superb........waiting to buy this mobile
