Nokia Lumia 730 is really fantastic phone with really nice built quality. The specs are really improved from previous devices. But the price of the phone is high, the device should be available in 12k to 13k..... hope it will be possible.....

its a business strategy now days.. samsang are not selling ther phones at low price but they reduce prices after 3-4 months same nokia also done.. reduce ther prices after few months..
hope u understand. we cannot deny this fact..

Really i am very impress this phone looking and feature. I want to buy lumia 730 the best price this phone 14k try to understand msn indian people favourite budget is under 15k. Another option moto g2 or canvas nitro

AnonD-147935, 09 Sep 2014My dear fnd wp8 lvr, I know it very well that Nokia L730 is... moreit is because I downloaded few youtube videos in IFA 730 n 830 launch event.. where one guy compared 730 with galaxy s5 hands on... n captured photos with 730 n s5 same time n results r too impressive. this guy even campare 930 with 730.. 930 is slightly faster because of its higher chipset n all knows 930 has 20mp pureview cam n still 730's cam shows gud results in front of 930's cam..
if u want to know how 830's 10mp pureview cam is superior then watch whole launching event of 730 n 830... 830's cam easily beats iphone 5s cam.. n galaxy s5 cam is very very dull in front of iphone 5s cam n 830 cam... 830's cam is very unique innovation n because of this ms/nokia set its price to25-26k for only its great camera innovation, low light imaging n optical image stabilization.
I recommend u to watch whole event on youtube n then decide urself.. nokia is innovative company n if they charging few more bucks for ther quality n innovative things providing by them then I don't think its a bad decision..
about late availablilty.. I think it is happening because high desaster of Nokia in past few years.. nokia dnt have that much production lines or capabilities after huge loses... u know under Nokia hood devices were came in market after 2-3 months after official launch...
but now looks like under the hood of MS they r settling thing as fast as possible n MS promised in launch event that they ll make available 730/35 n 830 within a month in whole world.. it is not easy to overcome easily from such situations. n I hope MS ll finally get manage upcoming devices launch in whole world at the same day of announcement...
give them some time to settle few things dude.. microsoft device manger promises in interview taken by IBN after 730 launch event that they r launching 730 n 830 in early october in india...

Even hopefully till September end. What do u say bout launching date?

Windows phone is the best. 730 has good specification at low cost. Superb.

Below 15K. It is best possible option on this spec plate. More over it is powered by Micro-Nokia-Soft.(MNS). Please confirm the launching date in India(Before festiv season)

I m waiting impatiently for d device... n dey should hv released it with launch or atleast by september last week. nokia has a bad habit of delaying the release. now, moto G2 is selling like hot cakes though many are not impressed as compared to older moto G

really really impressed with result.. 730's 6.7mp primary cam easily beats galaxy s5's 16mp camera in picture quality. amazing results..
730 has biggest camera sensor in it f/1.9 which is wide aperture which is not available on any other phone in world..
and 730 n 720 has best low light imaging in it...
and in my opinion 5mp ffc is best here shows best results in front of galaxy s5 n lumia 930..
Now I understand Nokia tagline.. its not war of only megapixels in camera. ther r lot of other factors which makes camera best.. n nokia worked very on such camera innovation.
2- about speaker quality. still no conclusion on it because 730 is still not available in market..

crucial question for this (and any) phone: what is the sound quality? Can it compete in this area with the HTC dual sims machines? When switch to speaker does it still sound like a quality device? Or like a pice of crap I own currently from Alcatel?

Guys, don't you think it a criminal waste of your hard earned bucks if you are to buy a mobile phone worth 24-25K rupees, when you can get a laptop at the same price?
Nokia (Microsoft) needs to give a hard thought on the price tag of its newly launched handsets if it wants to build a strong customer base in India. Samsung and other brands like Micromax, Lava, Intex etc are becoming popular as they're targetting the middle-class people which constitutes the larger part of the population. Frankly speaking, an average Indian who belongs to a middle-class family, wouldn't consider buying a smartphone which costs more than Rs 10,000, leave aside the prospect of going for such a heavy-priced hanset.
The moral of the story is that Microsoft has to reduce the price of its handsets a but and make it affordable for the people if it wants to push up its sales.

looks like lumia 730 price in india ll be rs.16k according to recent rumors.
n 830 price is 26k..

so please guys try to understand its the sensor what counts and not mpx when it comes to good quality pics.
