Friends, please help..
Want to install Wm10 TP. But unable to free up phone memory beyond 1GB.
I have deleted everything i could see. Now if i click phone memory, there is nothing i can see and delete. Even 'others' is 0 MB.
I have deleted many chats from whatsapp. Then took it's backup, but the size of backup before and after the chat deletion is same !! Does it mean memory occupied by whatsapp is same as before ?
Already moved relatively bigger apps to SD.
Please suggest the method to free the phone memory preferably without hard resetting.
(i will have to reinstall all the apps.... i will lose all the data )
If i have to hard reset how can i take a backup in my pc ?
Can i backup apps and its data aongwith phonebook and messages ?

I tired hearing "next update shall fix known bugs....." We caught in endless loop wasting time & money.

make sure u take back up of all ur data (sms, contacts, pics, videos,etc) apps also will get deleted.

Try to use phone without memory card for some time. If problem solved then use better class 10 memory card.

If Microsoft near to final rtm version, then they must release current building wp10 as new year gift & give another last update when it'll ready. Win win.
