Cortana is slower (and worse?) at responding to spoken commands.
Then the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen which you can normally scroll up to remove for a full screen experience is now app dependent. So in some apps swiping up from the bottom will remove the navigation bar, and in other apps, nothing happens, the navigation bar is permanently there.

I found that while I was trying to decide whether or not upgrade, I couldn't find any information specifically for the 730 dual so I listed the things I found. Optimized or RTM or not, these are the current problems with it.
And things like the data savings mode in internet explorer are unlikely to return, they aren't tied to optimization.

so dont give youf expert review on preview build like you are using final RTM build.. reserve your review for final rtm build which is coming for all users

should i buy lumia 730 now that 640 is out with 8k tag on amazon but i'm getting 730 at 9k at local dealer.
i need better display and better performance nothing else matters.

I upgraded to Windows 10 Build 10586 directly from Windows 8.1. I did a hard reset afterwards, just to be sure.
So far so good but I've had some strange glitches.
On that first day, my contacts disappeared in and out a few times (It's a google account sync).
Microsoft Edge sometimes freezes or goes completely white on really long webpages.
I've never gotten the Messaging+Skype to work for skype. When someone sends me a skype message, I see it in my SMS box, but I am unable to reply from there. The top right hand corner which I expect to dropdown to give me "Reply by Skype" or "Reply by SMS1" only has "Reply by SMS1" and "Reply by SMS2", no option for skype. So incoming skype messages come into the Messaging folder, but I have to go to the Skype app to respond to them.
Battery life is good, not different from before as far as I've noticed.
There's now a flashlight app built in, as well as a File Explorer.
Switching from app to app works well, very little waiting.
BBM still has a problem with notifications.
The option with Internet explorer where you save data by downloading low-rez images and removing some ads is gone from Edge. (I don't remember what it was called)

Sometimes i face network loss problem.
I think, if i am in low / no signal area, signal is lost.
Then when i come back in coverage area, signal is not shown. (even if the network selection is in automatic mode).
Even if i get the signal automatically sometimes i face difficulties with outgoing calls. Outgoing call is not completed. It remains calm. No bip...bip... No ring....
What could be the problem ?
How can this be solved ?

it includes 730 also.. Pls wait for the official release or upgrade with the latest technical preview 10586.. Works fine on ma lumia 520.. Also if u r going fir nexus 6p i heard that it has issues with microphone n glass shattering..
And 950xl has usb otg support .. C the video in YouTube..
