i recently bought a nokia lumia 800 and am totally in love with it.
the first problem is i screwed the beautiful blue jacket i got with it (inbox) any idea how i can get a new one?i dont mond paying
:(
second--i am not able to download games/apps from microsoft site evn though i have downloaded zune and created a hotmail ID.its happening on mobile but not on my lappy.it says "location does not match"!!!!am only downloading small games :(

Why didn't you try Omnia..W..It just has the 3g SMS bug...Does this bug appear in lumia too...Check out my Omnia review..

Hi everyone and to nokia employees who are posting positive comments here. Guys i am Using Lumia 800 from 4 months now, all i will say is please do not put ur hard earned money into this piece if S***. This phone is just not worth it with so many issues. Camera is not good (ok i can live with it), phone hangs, sometimes phone restarts when u end a call you can get through, Phone hangs, batt life is not good and much more. I cannot explain my feeling in words, i just hope no one else should go through the same rest its your choice.

Hey all. I've been using my lumia800 white for 2weeks now. I'm so impressed with it. Glad I went for it. A welcome change to Android. Has to be best looking mob on market. It also has the brains to back it up. Tiles our great. Lots of useful apps..hooray. zune is quite good for syn and updating. I'm really delighted . Battery lasts me a good full day.I should mention I do use it for work so it has fair usage. But I do work ,so I'm not passing my day on the mobile. If anyone is thinking about it is say go for it. I'm sure any miner isssues will be fixed in time. Thanks Nokia for a super sleek good sized mobile.

I also suggest to make a SkyDrive account.

Not a good piece of kit.
New phone but not compatible with windows 7 ??? New Phone but not compatible with Nokia PC Suite ???? so what are Nokia up to. Could be brilliant phone but now see as rubbish piece of kit if you want a phone not a media machine

It a shame that with such a modern phone that it not compatible with Windows 7 or Nokia PC Suite. Makes a good phone into a usseless one unless you just want a media machine not a phone with access to sync with computer
