Please comments after use this.definitely you feel android as a scrap from Google.Live tiles are much better than,inactive icons.So anyone here about Microsoft surface technology.Tiles are base for that.Even Windows8 supports tiles on Desktops.Virtually a tiles are a super Set of relative applications. Eg People tile represents all your communication.where all your social Sites syncs.contacts,friends updated..etc.. So go for tiles.

Good news for all Nokia Lumia Users: Nokia’s design head, Marko Ahtisaari, has hinted that future Lumia smartphones running on Windows Phone could get NFC and probably even wireless charging capabilities, in an interview with the Guardian

It was lasting only 18 hours for my normal usage. After the latest update, it gone to 56 hours with 20% will remaining when I put t to recharge. So no more complain ... For me the killer features is Nokia drive app... Its fast and accurate.

window platform OS for Samsung and htc is only a departmental branch extension.They have multiple platforms, including the mother "Android" department. For Nokia,Window OS is the only platform after Stephen Elop (HOD) abandoned both symbian and meego platforms.
For Nokia it is a do or die issues now.
So, It is quite reasonable that Nokia should be leading atleast in the Window platform to catchup Samsung and Apple markets in the smart fones Arena.

All I would say about my lumia 800 is I love it.. I had battery issue which now fixed and I'm getting 2 days backup with normal use.. Now everything works super smooth.. Nokia is better than the rest.. I recommend 100%..

still waiting for more efficient Nokia fone with the required specifications atleast equal to mid range galaxy R/advance in future.
coz when u come to the fone utilities, lumia 800 has a thousand drawback for not possessing memory card slot, FFC, JAVA and replaceable battery.
only single core which cannot support 1080p x 30fps Video qualify recording.
No flash support for net browsing, limiting hundreds fone utilities.

I've had mine for a week now and I must say I love it. Coming from Android to this is like seeing the light of a new day.
Everything is so fluent and responsive, and I get all the information I care about just by lighting up the screen for a couple of seconds...
Impressive, impressive indeed! Feels like other OS'es are years behind when it comes to usability.

I am using Lumia 800 since 2 months now. I liked the phone in terms of looks and sturdiness and all that, but it has few issues
1 some times while disconcerting the call phone restarts.
2 accelerometer is not that fast
3 Battery life is not good.
4 Camera really sucks except in Sunlight

Great device though has some restriction...but its really amazing i thnk nokia is the best at Windows Phone world what do u thnk guyz!! Htc and samsung g0ne behind LUMIA well done nokia....love u mwah :)

I hope a couple of month from now, someone made equalizer for music player to this phone, this multimedia phone is good but not have equalizer, Blackberry a business phone have it, what the hell.

what is the miracles of
" bluetooth technology " for ?
1.files transferring.
2.fone battery charging
(wireless).
3.writing via external keyword
(chordless).
4.operating smart TV/
computer(remote control).
if this window bluetooth cannot transfer/received files, photos, videos and games to/frm other devices, atleast it can easily transfer lumia 800 to gs2/ip4s soon(fone replacement).

Window 8/Apollo platform OS might bring much software improvement for mobile phones by 2013- 2015.
but if microsoft continues with their pandora box "zune" system, Nokia future would surely landed into the markets of vainity fair..........

I got my Lumia 5 Days ago
- Great Design
- Big Screen with great Touch
- Video HD 720 perfect ... But Camera zoom is BAD
- Zune is a mess and not Loud
- U cant choose from ur tracks to be Ringtone
- HSPDA is too Fast, Internet Explorer is Great
- Microsoft Office ( excel and word and powerpoint ) is AMAZING
- Market place needs to include more Free Games
- Receiving Mails is to fast also and it open them Smoothly ... Also, there is no Bugs, Software is too fast on Lumia 800 but it restarts itself maybe one time per day so its not a big deal
- The Home Screen is New other than Android and Apple who has the same Menu so its nice
- Battery stays for 10 - 12 Hrs using Whatsapp who uses lot of HSPDA
" Overall i advice to get This Lumia 800, i really like it and also my friends enjoyed it =) "
Another cool feature is including in it " like Siri in Iphone " when you get any msgs, it read it out loud and you can text using your voice or call names "
- I checked Videos of Lumia on youtube >> lumiaappaday channel or search for Commands for Lumia 800
for the people comments:
- i dont use memory card coz i have 16 GB internal
- i dont use secondary Cam so for me not a big deal
- 1.4 GHZ is ENOUGH for Windows 7.5 and its toooo FAST
on it and Nokia HARDWARE is Perfect
