with in a month of owning my nokia it had to go be repaired, i upgraded to a phone which does less then my nokia E72, nokia 800 hangs up, turns off, turns the volume down, no video call, no secondary camera, has been in 3 times to be fixed for different things, battery lucky to last 6 hours with everything turned off or down, freezes....really disappointed with this nokia and nokia help desk...

1.screenprint doesnt exist on this.
2.battery cant resist a day, it goes until 5-6 hours.
3.I would like to use pattern drawing to unlock my screen
4.I would prefer a phone that has secondary camera.

Hi
I have bought Nokia Lumia 800 on 1st Jan 2012, after about 10 months of usage my phone was dead and when I approached Nokia service center they could not repair it and they replaced with a new phone. Now again I had the same problem couple of weeks ago, when I contacted the service center they told me they could not repair the instrument and returned the same. Now, I don't know what to do, If the authorized service center cant fix it where will I go then? I have bought the phone for about 30,000/- INR, which in my case looks like a use and through phone?
Any suggestion advice will be appreciated.

My Nokia Lumia 800 which has served me well developed a problem a week ago. When I make a call the recipient can hear me properly but I cannot hear anything despite having the volume to the maximum. Someone said it could be the "Mouth piece". Kindly advise as I do not wish to part with my Lumia.
