....cannot believe that Lumia 800 cost US$ 761 currently.
better go for the real super fone galaxy note or g nexus with almost the same price.

The specs are great but still lacking in some minor features like secondary cam and mem card slot.
It is majestically priced phone. I say, the specs do not justify the price.
However, it is a great phone. It is for people who don't know what to do with their excessive wealth.

Let's wait,
guys, by june 2012 Nokia is releasing some real smart fones with rich specifications, bigger and better screen resolution, memory slot, FCC, NFC full support , higher mp camera.
Lumias are only a testing model of Nokia& Microsoft team works.
this are only initial stage to see how peoples accept it.
There may be many shortage,drawback and bugs on the trial testing models.
So, if you could remain patient for another 4 to 5 months, you will be surely lucky enough to be a member of real Nokia gangs again.

Poor Nokia, They sink so so slow but they will.I could not believe they were so so good.If that is the best they can do they do not deserve our pity.

I can not believe just how great this phone is, I use an iPhone4S as my personal phone and I'm lucky to work in the industry. I have a Lumia as my work phone and up until now I hated Nokia phones but this thing is awesome! I have had a HTC desire and a Samsung galaxy and this wipes the floor with them! VS the iph4s it's on par, it is a better phone but Apple app store keeps the iPhone infront but I can not wait to see Nokias next gen of phones! Well done Nokia good job! I will be holding on to this one for a while!

According to the present specifications of Lumia 800,
an ideal price should be around K 21 instead of K 30+ in India.

Nokia should be able to produce some users friendly smart fones by 2012.
coz, Lumia 800 status is very much below public expectation.
=Its Battery is not replaceable, =support micro SIM card only, =no memory card slot,
=no USB otg support,
=no NFC,
=no java games
=no flash support,
=no video call facilities,
=no bluetooth files
management support,
=camera poor pictures quality.

AnonD-34238, 14 Dec 2011If some one asks me about lumia 800 I would says its a JOKE... moreandroid require big processors and ram to run apps smoothly, however in Nokia 512 RAM and 1 gb proc is enough, hence androids are power sucker phones, and nokia is value for money phone.

I'll give Nokia a chance with their WP (this Lumia 800, because of the good look). I'm ready to purchase it. Salesman of mobile phone division of a electronic chain store told me that WP runs very smoothly, very much unlike my 2 Android mobile - very laggy.
I was an iphone4 owner, but after installing iOS5, the battery of my phone last for half a day instead of a whole day like before!!
I'll get rid of my Android phones when iphone5 come out, or when Apple fix the bug of the iOS5.

This phone is not value for money.No Secondary cam,which is used for video calling.paying 30000 for this phone is ridiculous.We can go for a better laptop or a note instead

If some one asks me about lumia 800 I would says its a JOKE by nokia given the new tiled interface Nd some other features which is causing all the craze its just like boiling liqiud, comes down as fast it rises. Why iam I saying this c'mon comparing with other android devices and iphone what kind of substandard hardware single processor (sgs2 1.2gb note has 1.4 gb processor) and lumia has 512 ram (sgs2 whixh came earlier had 1gb ram)if nokia wants to compete it shd atleast see wat the competitors hav to offer. adding to insult theres no front cam atleast a vga but nooo.
Nokia is playing its old tricks where in if u got good memory there is no ram . If theres a,good ram no cam.
Similarly the cam it provides is substandard in par with competition just 5mp. The previous model n8 had 12mp which gave hope to consumers that its next model will brake all barriers but nokia didnt even care to look back at its own creation even though it was a symbiam it did do a decent job.
But still I wud say googles android is way ahead of win 7 mango.
Of course iphone has it own nische but all that restictions wantz to make u to throw ur phone or jail break it. Word for thought for those who say android is comple to use and nokia is easy, plz buy a nokia 2100 coz u wont be using the other functions of a smartphone any way(bsides texting calling taking pics Nd listening to music)
Ultimate conclusion nokia should launch N android phone soon to live in the market.
If u r hellbent on buying a windows pho.e from nokia just wait untill harware specs Re improved.
This is just a test model where it Iz testing how ppl tak it.
(ps I was a hard core nokia fan used n70 n73 n8 finally I got bored of symbiam and fell in love with andoroid, and win 7 mango isnt doing a great job or rather nokia isnt doing justice go it).
