no doubt nokia lumia 800 is a good phone but its bluetooth is like hell
works according to its own mood
sometimes connect sometimes... uuufff....
n hangs many times while ending a call.

I own a Nokia Lumia 800 IMEA 352826055323150 which I bought in switzerland in Nov 2012, it only worked well for two months and thereafter keeps going of and restarting. I took it to a care centre in Nairobi Kenya where they repaired and charged me but the problems remained.
What really is the problem with this phone?

I am usin my lumia since one month.. In my view it s a wonderful phone....all the essential apps are there... (u cant get each and every crap apps availible for android)
nOW i want a good chat application...
can any one suggest a chat app which can be linked with fb...? nimbuz is not working so fine..
apart from this i am satisfied with my fon...

This phone is awful. Overly complicated yet can't do the most basic things. Not compatible with itunes, so you can't easily transfer music, you need zune software which you can only get if you're using specific versions of windows. Also, I know that smartphones generally aren't very durable, however, I dropped this handset face down once and the screen shattered like nothing I've ever seen any other phone do and chunks of glass fall out constantly as well as the speaker breaking, it's a absolute night. I wont be going anywhere near these phones again, I'll definitely be going back to Samsung!

colpino, 16 Jul 2013My Nokia lumia 800 goes blank when I try to make calls. wha... moreMine did the same when i replaced the screen,if it goes blank when you make a call it us the proximity. You can test it in diagnostics. The proximity sits in right top corner, when you are in diagnostic should be yellow button up until you move your finger over the proximity it will go green. If it is only green stays green it is either blocked from light or broken... Hope help
