This worst phone i ever seen.
i switched from HTC to Lumia...
Poor bettry backup,
cant tranfer video via bluetooth
Basic feature missing
no silent mode
no Rap dialing
Poor App in market place
cant sync without ZUNE software from PC
Audio quality is poor
sync only Hotmail contact .
etc..
i dont know, how can Nokia and Microsoft do & lunch such a stupid device.
dnt buy this phone..

I have the black Lumia 800, recently updated it with Zune (internet disconnect trick), and the phone seems to be working well till now. No problems with the low sound reported here or anything else.

I cant download any videos or songs in internet explorer if we download through other browser we cant synchronize the the file to laptops it is a very big drawback in this phone

Rishi, 02 Jun 2013Youtube is awesome:)but bluetooth is not proper work Go to waranty before is too late... My experience with nokia about one identical problem is "Damaged Board - Warranty voided" with 1 month of use. This was with a 5800 XpressMusic and marked the end of my phones with Nokia.

it is a good handset but sometimes while using the phone when I change my side I loose my connecectivity and then get reconnect after few seconds. pl. solve this problems. can we record the conversation while talking or not.

Useless hangs on its own, myfonn turned off n nvr got on again even after charging, after I put it on charging, later when I chked it , the os was gone n now the service center are asking for 8500 bucks to get it fixed

My lumia also got stuck a few days ago..touch, buttons, powerkey..nothing was working..
I just left in my drawer..after one day when its battery got low..it turned off.
Then i charged it..now its working very well :)

it cant bluetooth,but just download ring tones form ur app store den select d best as ur tone,and u can download viber

A song is a too long timer ringtone for a msg/sms,so it can't be set.u should download a ringtone nd set as ur sms tone.
