Love this phone, I only have one problem...in call history I cant delete! It lets me delete all list of history, but cant I delete only one call???...if I do that, it deletes only name, but number is still there.

I bought this phone cheap on ebay unused new, it's absolute rubbish, it has poor reception, when I can make a call on it the volume isn't adequate even on highest setting, the wi-fi rarely connects, web browsing needs needs full reception to connect, difficult in most places. The speaker has a very tinny sound to it. Zune just doesn't do what I want it to. I can't transfer files from my hardrive to zune. The web based user manual must have been organised by a 14 year who was born with a mobile device glued to thier face and thinks everyone knows how to use esoteric systems and has no idea about making things easy to understand for mugs like myself. Absolutely hate this phone and in comparison to Samsungs' Galaxy or Apples' I-phone this thing is junk. Nokia has made solid reliable phones in the past, that's why I bought this one, but the're out of their depth with this phone. I will never by a Nokia product again.

The Bluetooth would work and it could send and receive files only IF YOU UPGRADE IT TO WINDOWS 7.8......there is this app from Nokia called Bluetooth share wherein you can send pics and files to any phone with bluetooth compatibility.You can upgrade the phone by connecting it to your computer and you MUST download zune software here's the download.. http://www.windowsphone.com/en-PH/how-to/wp7/zune-software or http://zune-software.en.softonic.com/ just choose. I love my phone sooo much but i love God more :)....... Anyways I love the interface of windows phone in 7.8 check the features here http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/how-to/wp7/start/whats-new-in-windows-phone .....about the internet its fine for me.. but if you want a better performance and a windows phone also choose nokia lumia 920 (bigger) or 820 (Smaller but not small) its powered with windows phone 8.If you have small hands i prefer the 800 if you dont like windows try the N9 its also a smartphone and has the same size with the 800 but not windows... I dont like big phones thats why i prefer my nokia lumia 800 it cost 16,000 in the phil. just convert if you wanna know or maybe the price has changed bec. there are lots of new smartphones out there.......... its ur choice think and ask help from God that he will guide you in the right phone :) I pray that I helped you in this.. :D

Lumia 800 is a comparitively new phone n its missing WP8 update! This is terrible while its competing Droids get 2 or 3 series of updates that make them usable for a period of time while this one keeps u stuck somewhere in the beginning! MS is not customer freindly. They are only wasting thier customers money and Nokia's reputation!!
