This would erase all your DATA and Reset the Settings and Software and resolve the Issues

I am this mobile for more than 2 months now, couple of days before my mobile behave crazy, like the screen got flicker and screen goes off, even after pressing the lock key the screen is not getting on, even i have tried attaching to the charger and usb to laptop, nothing works out.. taken to nokia care they took the mobile from me and said it may be because of software issue, we will update u to the latest one 7.8(i doubt it have released here in chennai or not) today i went back and ask for the mobile they gave it to me and said got rectified, but i ask them to switch on the mobile, but they said it was out of charge so you take home and try, i tried but nothing comes up only getting vibrate, and can hear background sounds like sound while attaching the charger.. again i took it to center they said we will keep the phone at observe if not getting rectified will be sending to head office and it will be back only after 15days.. Omg no phone :(... Y service people are not uptodate with bugs and problems.. will wait and see or will go for replacement,.. Other words i love this phone. previously i was a android user, but windows are jus rocking than android..

I bought this phone just because of nice look.....this phone has a great design.....awesome looking phone

Its undoubtedly a good phone. One should try it as iphone and android are common in use among folks.

Thanks guys for the reply.so i decid... moreWell I am not really sure about it, since her in Mexico the 620 is not yet been launched, but one thing is certain, the 620 is a wp8 and the 800 is a wp 7.5, also the lumia 620 is newer than the 800, but the 800 has like 3 megapixels more in camare, is a amoled screen and actually is very nice looking cell phone and the 620 is not so good looking, but is new and has the wp8 so both are great. I bealieve they both have their pross and cons is just matter of people´s choice

can you please tell me what are the most important features that are present in lumia 620 which gives advantage over lumia 800?

Ravi, 25 Jan 2013Friends,i want to buy either lumia 800 or 620.i heard both ... moreok I own the lumia 800 and it is great in a normal usage the battery lasts for about 1 and a half day, now if you are a chat master or gamer it will only las for about 8 hours, my lumia has not hang ever so I dont know where you get that idea, and I really like it, in the other hand the 620 I think is the next great thing for wp is not so expensive, has a lot of features is wp8 and the most important is NOT SOOOOOO BIGGGGG like the lumia 920 which is huge so either one you like should be an excellent choice

bluetooth and mass storage access will be availabe on 7.8 upgrade only nokia can update lumia 800 to windows 7.8 no one can and no one is authorize to update any lumia devices. Go to nokia centers and just give your phones wait for a couple minutes and your problems are done. if the phone freezes just reboot it by long pressing the lock and volume down button. for me lumia devices are the most stable devices on the market. no one shall point fingers on me i have sold two of my android phones because of unstableness of android, i wouldnt tell the models and brands of the phones i sold due to personal reason . wanna make your life easier use windows phones. it will make your lives easier. im a lumia 800 user no major problems occur to my device since i bought it.

If you want a bluetooth and roam the mass storage freely update it to 7.8 go to nokia care center only nokia has the authority to update lumia devices even i cant upgrade it myself. lumia 800 is all about elegance and style it hangs honestly in the way that it freezes and all u have to do is reboot it by long pressing the lock button and volume down at the same time and wait for it to reboot. im a sony and android lover, but lumia devices are the most stable and user friendly phones. i dont have any major problems about my lumia 800. the phone that will calm your mind. if you want be stressed every day go for android, those days are over for me . my life is so much easier with my lumia 800. thanks. this is just my pesonal opinion.
