harry, 26 Oct 2012i bought nokia lumia 800 about four months back and since 1... moreGo to call settings... Change "show my caller id to"....."everyone".... Even if it is already on everyone again press everyone.... Then restart ur phone once....... Don't give bad words if it doesn't works.... It had worked for me....

i love the lumia 800 staxxxx...the best fone in the world!the best apps,features,camera..gorgeous colours tooo....love the mix radio,nokia city lens...in allll superb fantastic fone..

please guys don't waste your money
i bought nokia lumia 800 on 23 sep and selling it after one month.
my exeprience:
1. battery life low like in android phones
2. disastrous sound quality even in nokia purity 3800rs. head phones.
3. no bluetooth, not compatible with flv videos.
4. camera quality poor.
5. no contact transfer , even you cant copy your phone contacts to sim . but you can copy sim contacts to phone.
6.you can not add pdf or any microsoft office file to your phone, you have to upload it online and then you can download it to your phone using internet.
7. you can't download any video or song from internet.
good things:
1. nice resolution screen and good touch.
2. awesome in looks ( my phone colour: glossy white)
if you still want to waste your money
then its your wish friends.

i bought nokia lumia 800 about four months back and since 15 days its giving me trouble for dialling calls (out going). whenever i dialled a number automatically it ends. pl. specify about the remedy for this

In India price of Lumia 800 is available at amazing price of INR 18500/-. i hope it is worth of buy this phone at this price.

Display is much dimmer than the N9's display
No Flash or Silverlight support in browser
No USB mass storage (file management and sync pass only through Zune)
No video calls and no front-facing camera either
Non-user-replaceable battery
No memory card slot (and no 64GB version like the N9)
microSIM card slot
No native DivX/XviD support, videos have to be transcoded by Zune

Samsung galaxy S advance is better phone than this model....though S advance comes cheaper than this phone..

Bought mine at the weekend from phones4u in the UK for just under £140 sum unlocked/unbranded.
My first Windows Phone since Windows 6. Miss the Bluetooth file transfer, but this is supposedly conning with the 7.8 update (fingers crossed) X

[deleted post]Lumia 800 cannot share bluetooth with other phone. Its only possible when u share Lumia to Lumia. :)

Android Phone has it's own speciality and Window Phone has it's own speciality...Window Phone can't support Android apps like-Talking Tom Cat,Different Themes like-Samsung Galaxy s3,etc..And Android Phone can't support Window app eg-MS OFFICE....So,We don't have any matter to compare both phones....

Nokia lumia 800 and 900 are the best smartphones u can lay ur hands on. Lumia 820 and 920 follow with the new Win Phone 8
