Planning to get a Lumia 800 and I know it wont be getting windows phone 8 os update. Instead it will get a windows phone 7.8 os update (which has most of wp8 features). I am ok with that but what after that?? Will it be further supported with os update after 7.8 or not??
Is it ok to buy a lumia 800 or wait for wp8 phones??

It used to last for: 1 day 12 H... moresame here, had a 6500 and 5230 got 15 days standby (with blue tooth activated) which more or less tallys with the spec. lumna 800 lucky to get 2 days which is not even a tenth of the standby spec of 335 hours, and that is with every app turned off. Nokia should be prosecuted for misinformation

there is no XBox Live in the Philippines for this phone. I have tried downloading Zune but it wouldn't allow me.

My name is Ziad and I'm from Egypt...I just got lumia 800 18/9/2012....awosome in every thing spechially in it's design,it's a bit heavy more than N8
New in every thing very smooth and unique really very unique
we her in Egypt has no any officel lumia yet so I feel that I'm so different between the users and the UI is really pretty I was hate it very much but however I touch it for the first time at all I fall in love :)
The proplem is one thing: The camera comapring to Nokia N8 my previous lovley phone is (Crap)
The lumia camera is very bad like 2 megapixles cameras
