If you logged in to a Microsoft Account when you first started the phone, all your Contacts will be backed up there automatically. You don't need to transfer them. To check, go on a PC Web Browser and login to the Microsoft Account you use with the phone. Once you are logged in, choose People and check if all the contacts listed there are the same as on the phone. If not, then you did not set the phone up properly from the beginning.

user, 19 Oct 2014I brought used lumia 800 trust on nokia company.now i'm hav... moreHold down the power button and the volume button at the same time for about 3 seconds, until the phone vibrates. This is a soft reset. See if the phone restarts after that.

Well guys m using for last 1 year, my phone is powered by vodafone and i will say that this cellphone is awesome.. it still works smoothly, love it

it is the beautiful phone without brain. goes to sleep and never gets up. total waste of money. it is frozen now and never gets booted even pressing the power button does not work .
