Avoid this phone, mine has water ingress from ordinary use & looking at reviews i'm not the only one!
Nokia support basically feel there is no problem with the design but wouldn't comment on how moisture could get in.
Overall design was good but did freeze on some applications.

i am carring this phone and i am fully satisfied with this phone. but one major problem which is i am facing that is this phone contain hang and hardware problem. many time phone got hang during call or working and after some time continues use, phone got a brown line and it turning darker by time. this effect is worse and nokia care personal dont have any option to solve this problem.
But overall, this phone is really good and one can buy this phone

I have already had Nokia Lumia-800 and now facing so many troubles, such as while talking to your friends using Lumia-800 often it is hanged for long time and you are not able to drop the call or Switch off the phone. Another problem is, this phone doesn't work well with all the Operator such as if you use Reliance's SIM Card, it may work well but if you try another one Operator service, you will apparently find some disgusting problems and you will need to Switch off and Switch on the phone for more than 10-12 times because when a problem appears on this phone U must need to shut it down and Switch On it again. Please, do not Buy Lumia-800 and it is my fervent request because I am a sufferer and victim of this phone and I don't want to hear from anyone suffering like me. It is a boring Experience with Nokia Lumia-800. Please, try another one. Wish you good luck

A good phone with good features, but one killer (here killer means killing the phone) Killer feature is you cannot sync contacts from outlook or older phone to this new phone without using cloud, hell who gave this idea to ms i dont know but Windows on Phones is DEAD, dont think there is any future for windows based phones, better keep out from such phones,
