If by chance ur saying the truth then either u have got a faulty fake device from a cheap stors or u live in a desert. Or ur extremely unlucky to get that 1 out of every 1000 piece thats defective and needs to be replaced (this happens in all brands).. Ppl r spamming false info. Nokia phones symbian suck but windows is actually awesome!! Get replaced dude n buy from d original nokia store next time.

I am using L820 for Last 20 days agree Intially upto 10 days battery used get drained quickly,but Now i am able to get oneday 12-14 hrs with Moderate usage.Phone gets heated up a little bit while surfing & Playing games for some time continuosly.

Finaly something new...no piece of plastic shit ( samsung ) or same phone 1,2,3,4,5 from a corporation ( apple )
Anyone has a nokia in the past . Are the best phone's . Now i have a shit plastic Galaxy s plus . I will buy 820 when come in my country.

Nokia Lumia 820 is my nightmare,
got excessive heat while charging and also play games more than one hour continuously
most of the application are not supporting,even can't download videos permanently via google search.only able to watch videos on online
picture quality is not so good
battery only lasted four hours only,when contact nokia care they say simply its good enough for battery life
finally i ready to sold my Mobile 15000 rupees,its purchase just one week before

i am given an opportunity to write a review on... moreI will give 1 out of 5. Half of the games windows games wont work & Phone gets heated up when you run these games. As per Nokia Care TEMPLE RUN is not compatible as they have seen multiple heat related issues with that..
You can't rate 5 out of 5 as this handset is not at all worth buying

I have submitted to Nokia care & they accepted the issue but deny to give replacement immediately. They need 8-10 days for replacement. What is this, if someone has paid for new handset & it is defected, he need to wait for 10 days for replacement.
Nokia service is pathetic & unreliable....
PLEASE DO NOT BUY LUMIA 820........

i am given an opportunity to write a review on LUMIA 820 phone. here it goes...
this is an amazing phone, very fast, amazingly responsive screen, excellent display (today i used it in sunlight and found best among all the phone i have seen including top model samsung phones etc.)
the operating system is paid, but i got is almost free (of course its cost is included in phone) and original MSword, excel and powerpoint. actually MS office is the original office without any restriction.
i also found mostly apps on marketplace that i wanted to be there on my phone.
overall my rating is 5 star to this phone (out of 5 stars).
i feel i took a good decision.

I removed, switched off some apps I didnt need, and have battery 2 days.
