If the prices of Lumia 820 and Lumia 920 will be above 350 euros,and above 550 euros,I'm seeing Nokia beeing bought by Samsung - they try to score on a market with a new OS,but it is a huge mistake to ask high pirces and aim to the same level as the high-end phones of the competition.
Esspecially when they NOTHING with WP8 on low -entry,or in the middle-segment. It's just my oppinin,don't be a hater.I will never ever give up to a SGS II to spend more,to a phone wich is not largely spread,and passed already the test of time.And mostly,not with a company wich had abbandoned the Lumia-series they launched last year.

Huawei w1 (windows 8) will be half the price of lumia. only 300 euros. and it will have most of the specs on lumia including free offline nokia map, because it became integrated in windows 8 platform.

Nokia lumia 820 display protection glass is actually its gorilla glass, Gorilla means its branded glass, its time nokia using there owned brand protection glass..

If lumia 820 is your choice ! .....Should not regret with cracks/ broken ordinary glass screen later.

Never ha... moreyou're on the same boat as me. Nothing outdoes nokia quality. I've gone through 8 personal nokia phone upgrades since 1997 when i first started using cellphones, and not a single problem with any of them. ive seen my friends and family have SO many problems with HTC, samsung, LG, and now even apple.
and not to mention that nokia has true innovation and dont just keep making 12 versions of the same phone like samsung. or junk like HTC.

The LUMIA 820 is MY preference above the LUMIA 920 as it has micro SD expansion
If I can put the Gorilla to sleep there is NO Gorilla Glass on the 820, and so what!
Before Gorilla protected OUR phones, there was and still is screen protectors [SP] and I for one have never had an indident with an SP
I must have been asleep since 05/09/12 to now as I was still deciding what colour to get, you know there are 7 colours to choose from.
Black, Gray, Red, Yellow, White, Blue, Violet.

well, I have been Nokia Fan since B/W phone era .
Never had single issue with battery life , call quality , durability with any of my Nokia phones.
Will go with Nokia Flagship Lumia 920

Pros: lumia 820 is having the same CPU and GPU with the flagship lumia 920 at much lower price + SD card slot, replaceable battery.
Cons : no HD screen, no gorilla screen protection, lacking pure motion camera technology.
After all Lumia 820 is a good choice for majority, exceptional are press photo-journalists, city Polices and adventurers.

WP provides a refreshing option for those who have become bored of the current offerings on the market. More competition can't be a bad thing. As the only thing that differentiates phones now is Apps its safe to say that it is merely a preference of hardware. Most major apps can be found on all 3 OS'.
