In this phone file .mkv .flv etc. video format can not play,,,while in the c series like Nokia C6-01 , Nokia C7, etc...its easily playing.....L 820 not supported why????as well as its very costly for purchase with comparision to other phone...

If you want to watch movies on Lumia 820,you gotta keep the video in either.avi or .mp4 format.
The next time when you copy movie from pc it should ask do you want to convert it.

dont worry about 217ppx. the display is BRLILIANT.
I have used for two years samsung s8500 with 300+ppx, actualy nokia feels the same. you cant see any pixel.

Can I expect an update in future that can enable me to lock or set a password for a particular app in Windows phone OS or is it totally impossible because the apps runs on sandbox.I'm not talking about third party apps to get access like that but can windows do it by their own through an update in the future and an option like that appear in our phone settings.Thank you

In the Lumia 820 have the only "217 ppi {pixel per inch}" then any problems in the picture quality....please suggest me any one...plssss..
