I'm still not able to download updates because of this wi-fi thing. And yes, I do need opera browser. No antivirus software, or VLC media player.

just connect ur mobile to the computer and copy the applications need to be installed. After copying, just,switch off ur phone about 2 minutes, then restart the phone. In ur home screen tap store, you will can see SD CARD option on the screen. That's it...
you need data connection,to install the,apps.

i m a loyal lumian for 5 months now,and i hope to clear your doubts
1)battery backup is good enough for gaming,music,videos,and browsing(use 2g or wi-fi for more battery coz 3g eats more battery)
2)performance is extremely nice,smoothest user interface for a smartphone with wp8 and no lags,hangs and unwanted widgets and crap!
3)yes it is available a long time ago!
4)exact price maybe ₹20,000.
5)battery backup is improved with amber update along with some more features!
so all in all a great phone at a great price.
camera,ui,apps etc are all good!
for any more queries pls ask here as there are many loyal lumians along with me!

Better than S2, But the problem for phone is, nokia doesn't given that gorilla glass for this phone, so last week my 820 fall down to tile just from 1m height as screen face down, and crashed :( , for the replacement of screen i need to spend money near to buy a new one. . .

I bought this phone two weeks ago really superb. I don't know y people post fake comments on Lumia series. Really Lumia is greater than android. There's nothing in android except apps. But windows too have all basic apps very soon it will beat android in apps production
