Out of all devices and OS I currently use, I put so much hope that two giants like MS and Nokia will beat them all, but I'm very much disappointed... OS lacks for every decent function or app you may expect in a decent smart phone... that's it.

        I was Nokia Symbian fan for quite sometimes. Then I switched to an Chinese Android. When my Android age is just about a month, I bought THIS Lumia 820 (black) and I was so disheartened. So much so, I even thought of selling this (piece of $h!8) after 1 month of use..!!!! Made me realize how happy I'm with my non brand Android phone.....!!!

        * Can't manipulate files... like, no effective file browser. Once I downloaded an mp3 album in a zip file. It played the song but after that I couldn't even find where it was downloaded.

        * Very poor battery life... if u put it in performance mood.

        * Not a good apps collection to download.

        * Bluetooth connectivity problem with other device.

        * Can't configure camera to different resolutions and quality.

        Anyway, hardware's other aspects are good. like AMOLED display, Carl Zeiss lens, Dual core 1.5 GHz, 1GB, 8GB, uSD upto 64 GB etc....

        Only if OS was Android any version >= ICS.. ;)
        (Windows Phone really $uck5)

          I'm planning to buy this & m an Android user. So wanted to know how dis device is? Wat kind of games (like angry birds, candy crush, subway surfer) & apps r here & r they r for free? Watsapp & video calls r supported well or not?

                I hav a proplem with my lumia 820 it hav full signal and in the same time when i call any number it giv me call dropped many times and if any one call me it giv him out of serivce does any one hav this proplem
