Dropped my phone and the screen cracked, at first about 25% of it went black. And the next day 75% of the screen was black and difficult to navigate. Honestly, I've dropped my iPhone numerous times and it had survived flawlessly, you're better off with a Samsung or iPhone in my opinion.

I got this Last day and has been using it continuously, its the real beast not a single hang or lag i faced yet. Its amazing phone. But i have one question how to switch to 4g mode. When i go to settings ► mobile networks ► there is no 4g option available.... please help

Bought Lumia 820 in Malaysia a month ago. Batt seems not fit the casing. Can feel/hear something noisy whenever you shake the phone (like part is not intact properly). Did a complained, vendor said all lumia 820 is like that. He give me to hold few stocks he have, yes....all are same prob.

Though lumia820 is the thickest & tougher wdph8 smartphone, yet its low Screen resolution and weaker power backup doesn't match the current Euro 299 price at all.
