The phone isn't to difficult to use, however it does like to freeze & take itself out from chosen app..
Recently the phone after a full charge stopped working zero life, taken it to be repaired & nobody can do a thing with it..

Nokia the beast smartphon beast quality both microsoft.i am big fan nokia.nokia lumia 820 i am using 3 year.no problem no service no repair i like this phone

Nokia was best, Nokia is best and Nokia will be best. I m using nokia lumia 820 phn from 2 year. There are no problem in this phn. It is best I have ever used.I m big fan of Nokia...and I miss Nokia
