3-4 months with this phone and it is very good. It makes great photos, has very good sound and touchscreen is also good.

LAMECH, 22 Jun 2016I bought my nokia 830 in April this year but its failing to... morethere is no problem. just you don't know how to use it. update to windows 10. there are so many browsers you can use. microsoft edge, coc coc, shiye browser, ucbrowser. you can save pictures in all of them easily. just save them on pictures folder in your sd card or pictures folder on your internal memory so it shows in gallery. other folders are not accessible by gallery.

@lamech..check your browser and what kind of browser are you using? Well, try and get ucweb browser from window store

I bought my nokia 830 in April this year but its failing to download even a photo but i can browse. What could be the problem?

I really recommend this. Im a huge lumia fan myself and I have this phone for 17 months now. There are some minor bugs like, sometimes it restarts itself (it's a common lumia thing).. but overall, its great! Camera ir perfect and it's still working fast!
I was thinking about a new phone recently but didn't see anything good enough (930 is also good tho) I think I will have to wait a long time till microsoft will produce something so good at this price range.

Hi, anyone here has the same issue with my phone? The backlight flickers every time i set its brightness to the lowest level.
I have tried hard reset and soft reset.
Currently, my unit is in windows 10 os. Should I start to use windows recovery tool?

In my bike accident my 830 take out of my pocket and collide with footpath and 2 cars pass over it the screen is crack but its working fine great quality by nokia sorry for wrong english if i am wrong
