I've been using this phone for a few months now and it's easily the best phone I've ever used. It has a few minor issues: there's a small light leak under the capacitive buttons for me, the edges of the glass can pick up tiny scratches pretty easy that can only be seen when light reflects off of them, and AT&T is dragging their feet big time with the full Denim update, but overall it's a great Windows Phone.

exactly i too face that issue...bought from ebay....the camera not working.. its a factory mistake...manufacturing defects

Most of Lumia 830 have faulty cameras. Own one, happen to me. Large batch of users experienced "Something went wrong" displayed when opening any camera apps.

But using Lumia helps+ tips on my lumia 640 xl dual sim i find this trics. If you have the latest Lumia Camera version from Store, also check the following settings: On the Start screen, swipe left, select Settings > app permissions > Microphone and check that all settings are ON and restart your phone.

Lumia 830 is working good but it has some minor issues 1) freezes on lock screen sometimes....needed to remove battery and restart the mobile 2) closes the application suddenly while using 3) phone heats up more while charging 4) wifi connectivity problems arise sometimes

I have ... moreI am using this phone from past 7 months and i haven't noticed a single problem as you mentioned in your post. I am not a nokia/lumia fan at all. There must be some issue with the instrument you are using for sure. Its awesome to take pics from this phone, battery back up is very good and optimised OS and user friendly. I do not use this for games and I do not need many fancy apps so Its a truly business phone for me.

I use my 830 now for 1/2 a ye... moreYou dont have such of issue because you didnt fully use thier furture, once you did then you will know lumia just low end smartphone & nothing special. Nowaday the ppl still purchases lumia bcause lumia selling cheap & most of them is nokia fans(blind follower), i give up and very happy to sold my 2 lumia 830 & 1320 even im loss alot of money buy it WORTH.
