It means that a nano simcard can be placed in a small tray to transform the sim into either a micro sim or a normal sized simcard. With that you can put the sim in other phones too. I use this to place my nano sim in devices with other simcard sizes.

2 5inch IPS DISPLAY... AMOLED wont last a year, diamond matrix blue diod easily burnt out.... Giving blue shades and tints....

yash bhk, 31 Mar 2015plz frnd suggest me what i am buying nokia 830 or 730 or an... morein the case of features lumia 730 is best, has more features than 830, the only difference is 830 has 10 mp camera and 730 has 6.7mp camera....but both are good phone. if u want good camera quality then purchase 830 otherwise 730....

if you don't have any issues to raise your budget then 830 is the best mobile for you. Both are nice phones L730 got AMOLED display and L830 got a good IPS Display with good viewing angles and better contrast ratio.
If you love led display and prefer a good front camera and a compact budget then go for L730. It also got a dual sim model. L830 is only single sim LTE version.
If you love to have a premium build phone with excellent pureview back camera with OIS and all top end features like glance screen, 5.1 dts video recording and wireless charging capability then go for L830.
So the extra price will be worth only if you are a camera lover else go with L730.
SOC of the both the phones remain same. so you will find similar performance on both the devices. except in camera department and build quality. Rest both phones have removable battery covers and have MMC support upto 128GB.

AnonD-378882, 25 Mar 2015i had bought nokia lumia 830 in October last year. it goes ... morei hv same experience (twice), 1st it happen same as your & the 2nd time when im try to took a photo by pressing the shatter button the screen half camera view & the other half blank.
i try to close the camera app or switch off the phone but not success because (all button freeze) & the only options is remove the battery then switch on again.

No doubt its a gr8 phone...bt u knw u cnt evn share an audio(.mp3) file in WhatsApp,hike or other messengers, u cant share any video file preloaded to your sd card from comp unless u store it in the phone memory...n mreover u cant attach any file expt photos or videos in a mail directly from the mailing app...there r more probs like these wch I am facing wch makes me sad fr migrating to a windows device frm android
