i had bought nokia lumia 830 in October last year. it goes smoothly and i like the performance. However recently, my rear camera suddenly comes up with some problems. When i want to take some pictures, i enter the camera apps, the apps will load for a while then back to the home screen. i tried to off my phone and update my phone in order to restore my camera but the problem keeps coming out. i don't know what happen to my phone camera, may i ask for help? >

does it supports lte band as in microsoft site it just says 3g

prakash, 23 Mar 2015am android user...i am in love with this phone on the first... moreHi Prakash are you facing any heating issue while the phone charges via wall charger . My phone is getting a little warmer when it is plugged to charging. When i discussed with Microsoft support they asked to do a factory reset. But since i have already downloaded a number of games and apps i am feeling little lazy to do that since it will be hard for me to re install all the application after the factory reset. Please reply me if this is common.

has any one use Bluetooth ear phone with same device. In my earlier phone 720 lumia Bluetooth didn't work well. every time before using ear phone i need to restart the phone otherwise it won't connect to device.

am android user...i am in love with this phone on the first sight..very attractive design...only nokia can do this...and the performance is very smooth..no lag very fluid running...i hope that microsft wont stop this model...expecting microsoft branded lumia 830 instead nokia name in future..

Only options are Airplane mode, Bluetooth, Brightness, Camera, Internet Sharing, Location, Project my Screen, Rotation Lock, VPN and Wifi. Is there any way i could change or swap any of these options so i could use Data Mobile as one of my quick launch tray?

Slide down the notification bar then you will see what you want. English not good hope you understand what i said.

ehsan, 16 Mar 2015hello experts.my L 830 is seven days old. i have few questi... more1. Colour of screen is normal. You may change it to black background mode.
2. Heating is normal
3. You can set mobile data on / off mode in quick launch tray (just like switching you phone to flight mode)
