I have a window phone. I don't like it. Not much app and can't change much unless jailbreak/unlock but it cost $99.00 from Microsoft. I stick with Android or iPhone ( I have all 3)

I'm sure the build quality and hopefully the Nokia brand will help bring some'premium' to WP. It's not going to be an iPhone, but with Apollo I bet they take another step in that direction in terms of hand-feel etc. for this market. That said, the biggest Market is China and Microsoft/Nokia are being very smart about focusing their initial efforts to get a beachhead there with good, efficient phones at a price point that the iPhone can't get close to. Tango will make it even easier.
Anyhow compare these specs to the Samsung Focus S.... And then there will be the price.
As for comparing the phone with Apple's product, meh. WP is so much more refined as an OS and for functional withouth a compromise in ease of use. They'll leapfrog each other of course and ultimately it's about ecosystem.
8 and Live.com will make it or break it.

This upcoming phone looks very delicious indeed. In other parts of the world Nokia´ s new Lumia phones have been super success, for instance in U.K. This Nokia Lumia 900 is only available in U.S markets and it is a real pearl. I am going to buy it before I am going back to Europe:)
