Nice enough hardware (great screen/graphics). But a Lincoln Town Car with a rice burner engine doesn't make for a great ride. This phone has some OS/app issues. There is no "task killer" app; one must beat repeatedly on the back arrow key to kill multiple apps/pages (especially frustrating after doing a lot of searching on Google). Phone index is abysmal. The kind of phone number (mobile, mobile 2, home, home 2) must be selected from a list, no customized naming permitted); font size is large and cannot be changed; text will not rotate to landscape. Here is the problem: we know a number of people who have multiple homes and multiple phones... determining which cell belongs to which person in which geography is difficult at best.

This phone is really fast , as compare to any other phone , may be i am saying about the windows phone OS. Yes i am not the one who just need any xyz app , i just need few apps and windows store has all those.. And reallly the outlook interface , the maps and the camera is no match to any other phone.. Its build quality is far better than those cheap android devices that i get in the market..

What the hell, 'm using this phone from January. never faced this kind of problems. man these are so weird comments, is there any fault with the new batch of phones? trust me except heating never faced this kind of problems.

What do you expect on wp8 os, most of the applications there are really crap. I've been using mine for three months now but never froze, so far. I only installed some of the camera apps. You my friend also bought a smart camera instead of a smartphone. #SwitchedBackToMyOldOS and I keep it as a spare phone.

I bought my Lumia 920 2 days back and it hanged almost 6 time by now. Then I have to restart the same gain . I am also experiencing a rattle sound while vibrating . Facebook and youtube apps are crap when compared to my old iphone 4s . But cam is good in low light condition and video is excellent . I dont know how I will fix my hanging problem ? one of my fried who is currently using 920 told me, if we give to Nokia care for fixing the hanging , they will just reinstall the software and it will hang again , My friend experienced so . I really dont know what i will do ? hope amber update will help me to overcome the same . !!!!!!!..NOKIA , please dont make any one regret after switching !!!!
